How do your shirt sizes run?
Our shirts are standard unisex sizing. Keep in mind unless specified women’s styles tend to run smaller unless a relaxed fit is requested.

What material are your shirts made out of?
100% cotton, unless otherwise specified.

Will my shirt shrink?
All of our t-shirts are made with 100% cotton unless it is specified pre-shrunk or ring spun, we always recommend washing your t-shirt inside out with cold water and hang dry or tumble dry low to prevent shrinkage. To prevent damage to the actual image it is strongly recommended DO NOT iron the image.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not.

I received a damaged/wrong item, what do I do next?
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away @ info@qteeone.com so that we may send you further instructions on how to receive an immediate replacement. In addition, we ask that you attach photo evidence of the damaged/wrong item. Damage to the packaging does not warrant for an exchange. The physical item must show signs of damage.

Who is your shipping carrier?
All packages are shipped via UPS

How fast will you ship out my item(s)?
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Expected delivery dates are dependent on the destination and shipping method you select.

Do we offer worldwide shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not. However, shipping charges will vary for Next day air, Puerto Rico and Guam.

How do I track my package?
Contact UPS or visit www.ups.com and enter tracking number received from shipment confirmation. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

My package did not arrive within its estimated delivery dates. Why?
Note the estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In addition, we are not responsible for delays relating to weather or any unforeseeable events. Contact UPS. Major holidays, allow extra time for delivery or place your order early to ensure you receive your item on time.​

The tracking information shows my package was confirmed delivered but I never received it. What should I do?

First check with your neighbors and/or residential apartment manager to see if the package was delivered to the wrong house/office/apartment by mistake. If package is still missing, call UPS and let them know the situation to see if they can locate the package.

My tracking information shows delivery was attempted on my order and it was marked as “Undeliverable as Addressed”. Why?

Reasons for undeliverable packages:

Incorrect address provided. If the address is incorrect, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Refused by recipient. If the recipient is not expecting the order, they may refuse the package when it arrives from the carrier. You may want to let the recipient know that they should expect a package delivered to their address.
Do we ship on weekends?
Unfortunately, we do not. We need a day of rest to prepare for the next week orders.
